How can I return one or more items?
All at La Strada You can return purchased items free of charge within 14 days. Please follow these steps to register a return.

Visit our return portal at https://lastradafashion.de/retourenportal. Enter your order number and email address there.
Step 2

On the next page you will see a summary of your return information. Download the return label and return license. You can put the return slip in the package and the return label stick to the package.
