Shipment
Shipping within Germany and Europe takes place with our logistics partners DHL & GLS. All programs from La Strada are insured against theft and accident damage. As soon as you received your package and confirmed this in writing, the insurance coverage expires. We ask for your understanding that we cannot supply mailboxes. In the case of partial shipments, the shipping costs are only charged once. We process and send orders during our general business hours. These are from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (except on statutory holidays).
The goods are ready for dispatch within three to seven working days after receipt of payment.

Please note that shipping normal conditions is calculated if you are by a Partial return Fall under the amount that has qualified your order for free shipping.
For example: you order three items of 40 € each and receive free shipping for the total of € 120. You send two articles back and keep an article. Since the remaining sum of your order is now € 40, your order falls below the minimum order value for free shipping. Your reimbursement of the two returned items will therefore be shortened by the shipping costs.

As soon as we have sent your order, you will receive an email with the show number that you can use for tracking. You can call up the shipment status after one to two hours via the tracking portal of the shipping service provider.
packing station
Delivery to a DHL packing station within Germany is possible. To do this, DHL must be selected as a shipping service provider. Large packages that do not fit into your package compartment may have to be picked up at a branch of Deutsche Post or a DHL Express station.
Packaging
La Strada It is striving to find environmentally friendly solutions for a nice shopping experience in our online shop. Therefore, we send all of our articles in plastic and in environmentally friendly packaging. The articles are carefully enclosed with tissue paper and are then ready for shipping.
We would like to ask you, Keep the box and the packaging material and reuse for any return shipping. We lead packaging material from returns and returns to recycling so that it can find a new use. So we can contribute to environmental protection together.
Our shipping process
