Return of an article or the entire order

We hope that you are satisfied with your order and that all articles fit you. If this is not the case, you can return your purchased items within 14 days of delivery. We reimburse you to buy the purchase price as soon as the return has been booked with us.

Follow the following steps to start a return


Step 1

Click either on the button below or follow this linkthat leads them to the return portal. Enter your order number and email address there.

Then select the return reason, the amount and the reimbursement method. If necessary, you can also store a remark and photos there. Then check your address for correctness. Finally, click on the “Create return request” button.

On the next page you will see a summary of your return information. Download the return label and return license. You can put the return certificate in the package and the return label stick to the package.

Step 4

Now you can easily return the package via the DHL: Put the package either in a DHL branch, in a packing station or directly from the DHL driver. If the return has been booked back, you will receive an automatic confirmation from us.

Return conditions

• The right of return applies only to new articles, i.e. unworn, unwashed and flawless items with a label.

• The return takes place in one shipment. We reserve the right to reject several returns from the same order at different times.

• The return takes place with the shipping service provider DHL, through which the package was delivered.

• We can only accept returns from the respective delivery country. For example, if the delivery has been sent within Germany, the return can only be arranged from Germany. Otherwise, the fees for import and shipping are at your expense.

• Personalized articles are excluded from the return.

Declaration of cancellation

If you want to revoke your contract declaration, there are the following two options:

Revocation by return

Your revocation takes place within 14 days of delivery by returning the goods.

Written or telephone cancellation

Your revocation takes place in writing within 14 days of delivery (by email, fax or post) or by phone. We recommend that you use our sample form for this. Then send us the goods back within 14 days.

Reimbursement of the purchase price

After we have received your return, we will inform you by email about the credit to be made. The reimbursement takes place immediately. Please note:

• The reimbursement takes place on the same payment method as the purchase.

• The reimbursement takes place in the same currency as the purchase.

• The amount debited is refunded to the buyer and card holder.

• If the return was bought with a voucher, a new voucher will be issued.

• The time of payment is dependent on the respective payment method.

• If you have made your purchase with a promotion voucher, you will receive the refund for the amount actually paid, which was charged to you after using the voucher. The promotion voucher then loses its validity.

• If you have made your purchase with a promotion voucher and send part of your order back, you will receive a proportionate refund in proportion to the voucher value.
