Complaint of an article based on a defect
We at La Strada Fashion attach great importance to the quality of our products and want to ensure that you are always satisfied with your purchases. Should it still happen that you have reason to complain, we are here to help you. Our complaint process was developed to ensure that your concerns will be treated quickly and efficiently.
Follow the following steps to start a complaint
Step 1: Enter the defect
If you notice a defect or defect in one of our products, we ask you to take a meaningful photo of it. A picture says more than a thousand words and helps us to better understand the problem.
Step 2: Contact us
Send the photo of the defect to our email address: onlineshop@lastradafashion.de. Please also briefly describe the problem and enter your order number and names. Our team will process your message as soon as possible.
Step 3: Checking the complaint
Our team will check and evaluate the complaint in detail. We strive to give you feedback as soon as possible to inform the status of your complaint.
Step 4: Acceptance of the complaint
If your complaint is accepted, we will immediately send you the necessary return documents. These documents enable you to return the claimed product to us free of charge.
Step 5: Send the goods back
Pack the claimed product securely and use the returned return documents. Submit the package at the DHL. With the return number on the receipt, you can follow the status of your shipment at any time.
Step 5: Processing and reimbursement
As soon as we have received and checked the claimed product, we will examine the defect in more detail. After successfully processing your complaint, you will receive a refund of the purchase amount from us. The reimbursement takes place on the same payment route that you used in the original order.
