1. Scope

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders via our online shop. Our online shop is aimed exclusively at consumers.

4. Delivery conditions

In addition to the specified product prices, shipping costs are added. You can find out more about the amount of shipping costs from the offers.

We only deliver in the shipping route. Unfortunately, a self collection of the product is not possible.

The global shipping takes place with DHL. The transport risk bears La Strada.

The goods are ready for dispatch the following day at the latest. Unless otherwise agreed, the delivery takes place within 1 to 7 working days to the delivery address specified by the customer, depending on the choice of shipping method and the supplier. When paying in advance, the delivery will only be made after credit of the full purchase price on our account.

5. Payment

The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:

6. Removal of title

The goods remain our property until full payment.

7. Transport damage

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please complain about such errors as soon as possible with the deliverer and please contact us immediately. The failure of a complaint or contact has no consequences for your legal claims and its enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. 8. Warranty and guarantees

Consequences of the revocation

Partial recall
