1. Scope
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders via our online shop. Our online shop is aimed exclusively at consumers.
Consumer is every natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can mostly be attributed to their commercial nor their independent professional activity. The entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a legal partnership that acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity when the legal transaction is concluded.

4. Delivery conditions
In addition to the specified product prices, shipping costs are added. You can find out more about the amount of shipping costs from the offers.
We only deliver in the shipping route. Unfortunately, a self collection of the product is not possible.
The global shipping takes place with DHL. The transport risk bears La Strada.
The goods are ready for dispatch the following day at the latest. Unless otherwise agreed, the delivery takes place within 1 to 7 working days to the delivery address specified by the customer, depending on the choice of shipping method and the supplier. When paying in advance, the delivery will only be made after credit of the full purchase price on our account.

5. Payment
The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:
Credit card

6. Removal of title
The goods remain our property until full payment.
7. Transport damage
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please complain about such errors as soon as possible with the deliverer and please contact us immediately. The failure of a complaint or contact has no consequences for your legal claims and its enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, they help us to be able to assert our own claims towards the carrier or transport insurance.
8. Warranty and guarantees

Consequences of the revocation

Partial recall
If you make the use of your right of cancellation after submitting your contract declaration with regard to your order, with the result that the shipping free limit we mentioned would be differentiated with regard to the purchase price you do not pay or will be paid back, we reserve the right to to request the proportionally incurred shipping costs for the remaining part of the order from you or to withdraw from the amount to be paid out. With the remaining articles, the customer would be below the shipping free limit and should have paid for shipping costs. The shipping costs can be subsequently imposed on the customer.
Exclusion or recovery reasons for the right of withdrawal
The right of cancellation only exists in the case of contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination of the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

12. Legal choice, effectiveness
