Does the size one size fit me?
Many of our articles have the unit size One Size, which suits you from a clothing size 36 to 42. The reasons for this are very simple: either the article is cut over and is deliberately loose or the garment has a high proportion of elasthan, so that the fabric is located on different body sizes and shapes. For example, summer dresses or tunics are often available in one size, as they play every figure wonderfully and always look easy, light and airy. On the other hand, jogger pants are so flexible through their Elasthan mixture that one size fits all of our customers of size 36-42 and sits comfortably. If you are unsure, just try the size - you will be surprised!

Customer account & password
How can I create a customer account?
To create a customer account, click on "Register" at the top right. A pop-up window opens that contains the option to create or register a customer account.
To create a customer account, we need your name, address, email address and a password you chose. You can change your personal data at any time. These are not passed on to third parties; You can find more information about this under "data protection“.
How can I change my data?
To change your personal data, log in with your registration data in the customer account La Strada a. Click on "My account”And you can get to your account overview. Here you can update your information about addresses, payment methods or account details.
Forget password what now?
Click "Register" at the top right. A pop-up window opens, choose here "Forgot Password? ”. Enter your username or email address on the next page and click on "Reset password". In a few minutes you will receive an email from us with your new access data. You can then under "My account”Personalize your password in the“ Accountdetails ”section.
Can I also order without a customer account?
Yes, you can at La Strada also order as a guest without setting up a customer account.
In the “Pass” step, you can register with an existing customer account or carry out a guest order. Enter your address data and your email address. You can now select your means of payment and carry out the order with “Buy now” without creating a customer account.
Payment & reimbursement
Which payment methods can I use?
We have a variety of means of payment that are available to you. You can pay with PayPal, Klarna on account, credit card, Sofortüberweisung or with your Amazon account. Detailed information about our means of payment can be found in the page "payment".
When will my credit card from La Strada charged?
When ordering with a credit card, this is authorized immediately after sending with the order amount. If the authorization is confirmed, the card is burdened immediately afterwards. If the credit card has not been authorized in the payment process, the order is rejected and you will be returned to the checkout and can select another means of payment.
Why do I have to enter my contact details or online banking data from Klarna?
For security reasons, Klarna makes an identity exam so that it is ensured that no unauthorized persons can give up orders under her name.
For the purpose of the identity and credit check, it can therefore happen that Klarna requests data such as your email address, telephone number, date of birth, address or bank information. You can find more information and contact with Klarna support here.
If you do not want this, you can choose a different payment method, such as PayPal, credit card or instant transfer.
Why was my payment rejected with Klarna?
When paying through our payment service provider Klarna, this carries out an identity and credit check. If too many orders are open or if payments have been paid late, it is possible that Klarna can withhold its payment services to individual customers. On the Klarna website it says:
"Different factors, such as late payments, can lead to not all or even no clear payment options available."

You are also welcome to choose a different payment method such as PayPal, credit card or instant transfer.
How and when do I get my money back during a return?
Credits from returns are always rejected to the same means of payment (e.g. credit card or PayPal account) from which the order was paid. Refunds of another means of payment are not possible. Credits are made back booking i. d. R. a working day after the entrance to the return. However, please note the processing time of banks and credit institutions.
You have the option of receiving a voucher via the return value instead of a repayment, which can then be redeemed for future orders. Please let us know this request on your return on the return form. We then automatically send the voucher to your email address.

How much are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs differ according to target country. From a purchase value of € 99, shipping costs for all orders are eliminated to all countries. You can find the exact shipping costs to target country on our information page "Shipment“.
How is my order packed?
In the sense of environmental protection, we only try to use sustainable packaging material and to do without plastic if possible. Therefore, your order comes into a shipping box made of recycled material and is taken into environmentally friendly tissue paper. This protects our beautiful fashion and protects resources at the same time.

Is my package sent insured?
Yes, your show is insured.
In order to guarantee insurance in the event of a return, please use the DHL return certificate provided. You can do this on our Return-Apply for page.
Where is my order and when does it arrive?
As soon as the DHL has picked up the order from our warehouse, you will receive an email with your shipment success. With this number you can track the status of your shipment on the DHL website.

How can I return one or more items?
All at La Strada You can return purchased items free of charge within 14 days.
Please follow these steps to register a return.
Step 1
Visit our return portal at https://lastradafashion.de/retourenportal. Enter your order number and email address there.

Then select the return reason, the amount and the reimbursement method. If necessary, you can also store a remark and photos there. Then check your address for correctness. Finally, click on the “Create return request” button.

On the next page you will see a summary of your return information. Download the return label and return license. You can put the return slip in the package and the return label stick to the package.
Step 4
Now you can easily hand in the package from the selected shipping service provider DHL or GLS. If the return has been reimbursed, you will receive an automatic confirmation from us.
When do I get my money back?
As soon as your return has arrived, we check whether the articles meet our return conditions. Further information on our return conditions can be found under "Return". If the articles correspond to the return conditions, we reimburse the purchase price to the original payment. The processing and reimbursement can take 5-14 days.

How can I complain?
Follow the steps to start a complaint:
Step 1: Enter the defect
If you notice a defect or defect in one of our products, we ask you to take a meaningful photo of it. A picture says more than a thousand words and helps us to better understand the problem.
Step 2: Contact us
Send the photo of the defect to our email address: onlineshop@lastradafashion.de. Please also briefly describe the problem and enter your order number and names. Our team will process your message as soon as possible.
Step 3: Checking the complaint
Our team will check and evaluate the complaint in detail. We strive to give you feedback as soon as possible to inform the status of your complaint.
Step 4: Acceptance of the complaint
If your complaint is accepted, we will immediately send you the necessary return documents. These documents enable you to return the claimed product to us free of charge.
Step 5: Send the goods back
Pack the claimed product securely and use the returned return documents. Submit the package at the DHL. With the return number on the receipt, you can follow the status of your shipment at any time.
Step 5: Processing and reimbursement
As soon as we have received and checked the claimed product, we will examine the defect in more detail. After successfully processing your complaint, you will receive a refund of the purchase amount from us. The reimbursement takes place on the same payment route that you used in the original order.
